Dear friends:
As you may all know, Muslims are currently observing the Islamic holy month of Ramadan. This month is a time of fasting, prayer, charity, and families, friends, and communities coming together. We would love this opportunity to have you as our guests at our next community Iftar (breaking of fast) dinner.
When: Saturday, June 2nd, 2018
Time: 8:30 p.m-10:00 p.m (fast will break at 8:48 p.m.)
Location: Mayo High School Cafeteria
As mentioned above, fast will break at 8:48 p.m. Right after the initial break of the fast, the congregation will perform Maghrib prayer. Upon completion, dinner will be served. Dinner will be buffet style, cooked by the many Muslim families that will be attending.
